Phil began his real estate career in 1985. Since that time, he has become recognized for his unparalleled personal service, local market expertise, constant communication, keen negotiating skills, and client satisfaction.  With a consistent positive attitude and outlook on life, sprinkled with a great sense of humor he strives to make each client’s experience the best it can be.  His goal is simple:  work with each client to achieve their goals, help them understand their buying and selling opportunities through this ever-changing market, and to make sure their overall intentions, desires, and timing are fulfilled throughout the entire process.  

Early in his real estate career Phil was joined in the business by his wife Marcia and their two children, Darcie and Chris, and they became the prototype for other Realtors throughout the country considering bringing their families into the business.  

Phil treats every transaction - no matter the price range - as if it were his own and it shows.  As a testament to that, 95% of his family’s business comes from past clients, referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers, and business associates throughout the country.  Whether you are considering buying a home, selling a home, or both – it would be his pleasure to show you the unmatched service his family provides.  The Kelleys service the needs of relocating employees, 1st time buyers, current residents looking to upgrade or downsize, and investors.  To the Kelleys, clients are like family and they will stop at nothing to make sure they are understood, supported, and fulfilled throughout the entire process and beyond.   They strive to make clients for life and be their go to resource for all their real estate needs.

In his spare time, Phil makes time for the gym and he and his wife enjoy traveling to warm places, Penn State football, local sports teams, and most importantly spending time with family.
